The HCA will run their own clinics, providing care to the patients.
Assisting the GP with minor surgery.
Liaising with the GP for support and decision making.

Must have experience in INR*, Health checks, Diabetic health checks, phlebotomy, ECG'S, assisting in minor surgery, working closely with the rest of the team.
At times may be asked to support extended access clinics.

We are a large team of nurses and HCA's, supporting a varied team of GPs, PAs, and ANPs supported by administrative staff.
Job responsibilities
Running your own clinics under the supervision of our GPs.
Must be able to perform ECG's, undertake health checks, be competent in phlebotomy and have some experience of assisting with minor ops clinics.
Administering of injections i.e., B12 and vaccinations such as Flu, Pneumonia, and Shingles would be desirable but training can be offered for these skills.
Person Specification
* Ability to provide quality care
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Basic IT skills.
* Knowledge of Emis would be beneficial but not a requirement
Qualifications
* Qualified to NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care
* Qualified in Phlebotomy
* Qualified to NVQ level 3
