Must have experience of working with Challenging Behaviour We are currently working in partnership with a School in West Leeds to appoint committed and excellent Behaviour Support Worker We are looking for individuals that have previous experience of working with challenging behaviour. To provide support and guidance and deliver short term intervention to students to remove barriers to learning through promoting effective participation, raising self esteem, enhancing individual learning and raising aspirations in order to achieve fully their potential. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be required to work with individual pupils, groups of children and the whole class. You will be required to support pupils with a range of abilities and support the Class Teacher.
