Description The Senior Project Manager (DR) is responsible for planning and executing the Disaster Recovery implementation project as part of our group-wide Business Continuity Management programme. The PM will be tasked with managing the project team, resources, budget, and schedule to achieve the project's objectives and deliverables. They must ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Project Lifecycle Management: Manage project initiation (includes defining high-level objectives and benefits, vendor selection and development of milestone plans), project prioritisation and approval, project change requests and project closure according to IT governance processes. - Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans by defining the detailed scope of delivery, evaluating the technical delivery approach and migration strategy (jointly with technical leads and architects), estimating delivery efforts and developing resource plans. - Project Execution: Manage project teams, monitor project execution timelines and quality requirements (while actively managing deviations), control project cost to assure financial discipline and alignment with project goals, manage risks and provide project reporting. -Technical Delivery Management: Assure definition of comprehensive technical delivery approach for the Disaster Recovery capability implementation. Assure project delivery according to defined approach. - Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships to all key business and IT project stakeholders assuring effective involvement of stakeholders in key decision-making processes, allocation of required resources and management of risks and impediments. - Vendor Management (jointly with Procurement): Manage the vendor selection process, develop commercial agreements, manage vendor performance and address potential shortfalls and support financial controlling. Professional Experience: - Experience with company-wide Disaster Recovery implementation projects for on-premise data center environments and cloud solution environments. - Familiarity with relevant ISO and ITSM standards for Disaster Recovery implementation.
