Position Overview:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle-from business development and sourcing candidates to placing them with clients. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for sales and recruitment, and is driven to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
* Candidate Sourcing & Placement:Proactively source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, headhunting, and referrals) and match them to client job specifications. Conduct interviews, manage the selection process, and ensure successful placements.
* End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment process, including job briefs, candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and post-placement follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
* Sales & Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitch HBG Recruitment services to potential clients, and generate new client relationships.
* Market Insight:Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to remain competitive and provide value to clients and candidates.
* Database & Administrative Duties:Ensure all candidate and client records are accurately maintained within the recruitment database and fully compliant with internal processes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role or similar sales/recruitment experience.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on exceeding targets and achieving results.
* Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with recruitment software or CRM systems is advantageous.
* Full UK driving license (desirable but not essential).
