About the role:
As an Office Professional, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the EMEA and India office, acting as the main point of contact for office staff, liaising with building management, and coordinating with various internal teams. You will also play a key role in organizing office-based events, including the Christmas and Summer parties - making sure they are delivered on time, within budget, and provide a fun and engaging experience for all employees. This role is based at Herbalife’s EMEA regional headquarters in Uxbridge.
In this role, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the EMEA Head Office, including managing relationships with landlords, contractors, and vendors.
* Take the lead in planning and coordinating the Summer and Christmas parties, as well as other office-based events.
* Chair the Uxbridge Wellness (Engagement) Committee and manage its activities and associated budget.
* Handle general facilities management, including car parking, cleaning services, catering, meeting room coordination, and arranging repairs.
* Take ownership of local Health & Safety matters, including maintaining the office risk assessment and acting as the primary point of contact for office-related issues or emergencies.
* Ensure that all new employees receive a proper facilities induction on their first day, supporting Health & Safety compliance and awareness.
* Support other strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by the Senior Manager, Regional Security (EMEA & India) and the Senior Director of Global Security.
Our requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a position with a strong organizational focus.
* Commitment to being physically present in the office five days a week.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
* A welcoming, people-oriented mindset with the ability to create a positive office atmosphere.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with regional business leaders and collaborate across support functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities).
* Comfortable working as part of a global team and able to act with integrity while supporting the department’s vision and direction.
* Hands-on experience in handling purchase orders, invoicing, and working with suppliers.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Educated to GCSE level (including English and Maths).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
