The Role
As a Managing Consultant, you’ll take the lead in driving the growth and success of our Early Years division. Your role will involve spearheading strategy, shaping business plans, and overseeing the expansion of our Newcastle office.
Once you’ve established a strong foundation and demonstrated success, you’ll have the opportunity to build and grow your own team. This role paves the way for career advancement, progressing into a Senior Lead position and ultimately moving toward an Associate Director role -- if that’s the direction you wish to pursue.
In your role as a 360 role, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including client relationship management, candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, market analysis, and business development. You’ll play a key role in driving success through end-to-end engagement with both clients and candidates, ensuring growth and excellence in every step of the process.
