Occupational Health Advisor | Competitive Salary | Annual Bonus | Chichester
This role plays a key part in promoting a healthy workplace by providing comprehensive occupational health support across the company. You’ll also educate and raise awareness about critical health risks and preventive measures, ensuring everyone feels supported in their well-being journey. This role offers the flexibility of working either 4 or 5 days per week, with 1 of those days being from home.

Action and progress management referrals for short-term, long-term sickness absence and workplace injury
Manage and support the program of employment and periodic health surveillance and statutory medicals for all employees and agency staff with 3 months service or more
Line management of an Occupational Health Nurse employed by the company
Design and deliver a health promotion / well-being program aimed at educating and improving the health of Natures Way staff
Offer general medical advice in a walk in capacity
Maintain up to date OH records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive medical information
Develop, review and revise OH policies and procedures
Monitor performance of the service and provide a spreadsheet to the people team after each period
Undertake appropriate continuous performance development (CPD) training in line with revalidation requirements
Registered Nurse with an occupational health Diploma or degree
Driven by continuous improvement, with expertise in tools and techniques to lead health improvement programs focused on reducing workplace health risks
Occupational health leadership experience with strong communication skills
Proven success in enhancing business performance through structured occupational health initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Occupational Health databases
Knowledge of manufacturing environments, including shift work
