Are you an experienced Gas Projects Manager with a background in social housing? We're looking for a talented individual to join a leading social housing contractor in a key role that involves overseeing gas projects across domestic and commercial settings.
As a Gas Projects Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality gas installations, repairs, and maintenance projects for our social housing clients. With your strong expertise in boiler houses and plant rooms, you'll ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage gas projects from start to finish in domestic and commercial environments.
Ensure compliance with all gas safety regulations and standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead and support teams on-site to ensure effective delivery.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Gas Project Manager, specifically within the social housing sector.
Gas Safe Passport (essential).
Extensive knowledge of boiler houses and plant rooms in both domestic and commercial settings.
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification.
Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
