Key responsibilities and tasks
As a Telecommunication Service Engineer, you will refer to our Service Manager, Products, and Technologies. The tasks will include:
1. Actively searching for opportunities within your role
2. Regular contact with customers and clients
3. Provide service input to tenders/quotations
4. Remote support for clients
5. Troubleshooting / problem-solving
6. Production and review of work packages & RAMS
7. Hands-on work including installation of telecom annual preventive maintenance of customer equipment within Telecom Systems (PAGA, Tetra, VHF, CCTV, Network, etc.)
8. Supervision of works (onshore & offshore)
