We have an exciting and challenging role as a Biosurgery/Suture Sales Specialist: Cardiovascular covering the North West of England and Midlands (Liverpool, Manchester). Purpose of the role This role is critical to the growth of our J&J MedTech Wound Closure and Biosurgery portfolio across key Cardiac and Vascular surgery centres in England. This role covers two regions: the North West England and Midlands. The successful candidate we be responsible for growing the business through flawless account planning, sales execution, and collaboration with leaders across Johnson & Johnson MedTech. What to expect: - You will have responsibility for the sales growth within key Cardiac and Vascular Surgery centres in the North-West and Midlands region. Through strong sales leadership you will ensure the annual sales business plan is met. This will be achieved specifically by: - Building an in depth understanding of the market dynamics within the key accounts and adapting the strategy to maximise the sales opportunities within Wound Closure and Biosurgery. - Leading the territory through the development of comprehensive business plans. Focus on highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business including taking competitor share and the adoption of new technologies whilst maintaining key customers and core business. - Leading and developing accounts and be responsible for the relationship between the company and the customer, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to improve impact of all activities driving growth. - Driving internal collaboration to maximise opportunities across Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Developing key customer relationships and build advocacy for the J&J MedTech portfolio. - Key to your success will be your effective stakeholder management in ensuring the right resources and support are available to effectively execute our strategies in the Cardiac and Vascular surgery market. Who will you be working with: - Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager for Wound Closure, Biosurgery, you will work closely with the following people: - Wound Closure & Biosurgery sales team - Commercial Business Managers & Strategic Partnership Manager - Commercial Excellence team Qualifications Who are we looking for? - To excel in this role, you MUST have a proven track record of sales success within a dedicated Cardiac or Vascular role. - You will need to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of the NHS & Private sector market specifically in Cardiac/Vascular. - Ability to work with various stakeholders both internally and externally in order to drive your plans and strategies forward. - Be an effective communicator who can present in a clear and concise manner your aims and objectives. - Influencing and business partnering skills - understand stakeholder requirements, ability to analyse requirements and develop strategies that drives the adoption of technologies and become a trusted business advisor providing solutions.
