We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented HRBP (parttime) to strengthen our HR team in the UK. In this role you will perform a specialized type of HR work focused on consulting to the business. Your tasks Key Tasks and Responsibilities: The local HR Business Partner is partner and advisor to the local Management team in respect of all HR tasks. The following tasks and responsibilities lie with the local HR: Recruiting and retaining suitable personnel to meet targets, following corporate guidelines and locals laws and regulations To oversee personnel administration and payroll tasks. To implement global strategy at national level To ensure compliance with laws and regulations To ensure that personnel administration and payroll accounting processes are operational To ensure settlement of accounts with temporary employment agencies To monitor provisions and cost risks To implement recruitment and staff development according to defined processes To control external HR service providers To advise HQ To identify special local situations and call for decisions to be taken To participate in regional HR and client projects To provide solution-oriented proactive advice to the management of a defined business unit on all HR-relevant issues as an "HR sparring partner" To initiate and successfully implement innovative HR concepts and solutions in your area of responsibility To actively oversee processes of change and assume responsibility for ensuring that change management projects bring benefits Your profile Profile: A graduate degree in Business Administration with a major in HR or psychology (labor/organization). 3-5 years experience in an HR department Strong analytical and conceptual skills Enthusiasm for new challenges, a problem-solving mindset and a strategic approach to resolving complex issues Openness and effective communication skills Skill to handle any situation in a confident manner. You are accustomed to acting within complex structures under a matrix organization in an international environment. Excellent English language skills, another European language would be an asset.
