Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and key stages.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
* Ensure students remain engaged and supported in their learning.
* Follow school policies and procedures to ensure continuity in learning.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally.
* Provide feedback to permanent teaching staff where necessary.
* Undertake exam invigilation duties during quieter periods for cover.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
* Previous teaching or classroom experience.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Adaptability and confidence to work across different subjects and year groups.
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
