Industry: Property Maintenance
Location: Isle of Wight
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm plus out of hours call out on a rota basis
Days: Monday - Friday plus out of hours call out on a rota basis
Duration: Permanent
Duties:
undertaking planned installations and maintenance plus responsive repairs to domestic properties including:
Electrical installation condition reports, emergency lighting tests, fire alarm tests and electrical certifications, plus compiling quotations for remedial works.
Fault finding, diagnostics and identification of materials.
Liaison with clients, customer services teams and other trades.
Updating and maintaining property records.
Adherence to quality standards, building regulations and health & safety.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 5 years electrical experience, preferably within a domestic maintenance environment and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) electrical qualifications .
18th Edition and 2391 qualifications an advantage.
Must have a full drivers licence.
Must be able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus call out premium, company vehicle, fuel card and benefits
