The Role
As Account Director, you’ll spearhead communications strategies for cutting-edge renewable energy clients. From shaping campaigns that drive measurable impact to building relationships with key industry players, you’ll lead the charge in putting PV and BESS businesses at the forefront of the energy transition. You’ll also mentor your team, contribute to business growth, and help position us as the go-to agency for the renewables sector.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and deliver creative, high-impact PR and public affairs campaigns for renewable energy clients.
* Develop tailored strategies to help clients meet their goals in PV, BESS, and clean energy innovation.
* Provide expert advice on media relations, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy.
* Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, media, and industry leaders.
* Stay ahead of trends in renewable energy tech, regulations, and policy shifts to keep clients competitive.
* Represent clients in high-stakes meetings with government officials and industry bodies.
* Drive business growth by pitching ideas, developing proposals, and winning new clients.
* Inspire and mentor team members, nurturing the next generation of renewable energy communication experts.
What You’ll Bring

* Experience:
6+ years in PR or public affairs, ideally with renewable energy expertise (PV and BESS are a must).
