The role: It's a broad, creative role & you will be responsible for contributing to content and collateral design, events, CRM/email, digital channels, and research / campaign analysis. Training will also be provided in the areas that you aren’t too savvy with as they don’t expect you to know every facet of marketing. You’ll also look after the look and feel of their website & social channels, as well as working with wider commercial and technical teams, to ensure all messaging & branding is aligned. You’ll also help design both still and motion graphics for collateral, social media & and presentations using a range of software including Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborate with other teams, to ensure all is on brand. What we’re looking for In essence, this is going to suit an all-rounder, happy with variety & who enjoys getting stuck in & turning your hand to a breadth of marketing projects, from looking at stats to running social campaigns, looking after the website, designing marketing collateral to events & working with creative agencies.You’ll also know your way around CRM & website management systems, the adobe creative software suite, as well as an eye for drafting engaging content, and it would be useful if you’ve been in a B2B environment, although it’s not paramount. It may suit a marketing grad who’s probably had a couple of years post grad experience and looking for their second career move and has a good grasp of most marketing techniques & principles. It also needs someone that is happy running their own projects - you’ll have the support of others, but the social element will be yours, so to speak.
