About The Role
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Senior Digital Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Senior Digital Acquisition Executive, you play a critical role in the shaping of the digital footprint of mfldirect and driving growth.
The Content Team focuses on 3 key areas of activity: Proposition, Growth and CX, and the Senior Digital Acquisition Executive plays a critical role in driving traffic and growth to support the success of mfldirect across all these areas:
Proposition
In our ongoing journey of developing a market-leading remarketing proposition that supports net premium, you’ll work with your teammates and the Product teams to enhance mfldirect’s content and digital footprint.
Growth
You’ll play a key part in delivering on our marketing strategy which focuses on growing our overall customer base and developing our existing customer engagement.
Measurement
As a data-led team, measurement of outcomes is vital to our success. You’ll be key to making sure we are achieving what we need to.
Main Responsibilities
* You’ll enhance our content and digital footprint by using your skills in SEO and digital acquisition to help us build out our external-facing real estate, ensuring maximum visibility and reach to drive new prospects and returning customers to our sites.
* You’ll work closely with your content colleagues, stakeholders and marketing agencies to develop an acquisition strategy designed to extend our reach and generate interest and drive new customer leads.
* You’ll collaborate with key internal stakeholders to design a measurable digital acquisition pathway to attract prospects and move them through the funnel in the most effective way.
* You’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital journeys to attract and acquire new dealers to our digital acquisition pathways through various digital channels including paid search, display ads, social media, SEO and any other lead gen opportunities.
* You’ll monitor campaign performance, providing detail on how we can optimize targeting and messaging, and work with your colleagues in content to drive continuous improvement on campaign outcomes.
* You’ll coordinate with MI and other stakeholders to develop a measurement process to measure campaign effectiveness as it rolls up to key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend and ROI.

Your curiosity and collaborative nature, combined with excellent project management skills, enable you to drive teamwork across departments to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns. Always forward-thinking, you're constantly seeking new and better ways to improve processes. Resourceful by nature, you use initiative to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and successfully complete projects. Your outstanding people skills allow you to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation, and you thrive in fast-paced environments, confidently making decisions and adapting to new challenges. Highly organised, you are adept at managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with efficiency and precision.
Minimum criteria:
* Experience working in a B2B marketing or ecommerce role.
* Proven history of user/customer acquisition.
* Good knowledge and experience in SEO, Paid Search, social media and Email Marketing.
* Experience in using Google Analytics and Adwords.
