We are currently looking for a part-time Client Care Advisor with a can-do attitude, a passion for a high standard of pet care and client service to join our team at our busy branch surgery in Dunfermline.
This is a varied role in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public providing excellent client care and be used to working in a busy reception environment. The candidate should have an understanding of finance and IT skills and be able to pick up new tasks quickly. The ability to multi-task and work as a team is a must.
The main duties include:
1. Answering calls and emails from clients
2. Checking clients in for appointments
3. Processing payments
4. General admin tasks including scanning and creating invoices
Our Client Care Team are our main link between clients and the rest of the team, so the candidate should be confident working both individually and as part of a team.
About the rota and salary
The role is a part-time permanent role working weekends only.
The salary for this role will be up to £11,897 DOE per annum.
