Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded leader who to join our team as a Regional Operations Lead to accelerate the Trusts overall strategic direction and vison, as we build and support Extraordinary People, Extraordinary Lives. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving compliance and supporting growth strategies, expanding our presence across Yorkshire. You will collaborate with leaders within your portfolio to deliver high quality innovative and evolving support which exceeds the expectations of commissioners, regulators, and governing bodies, fostering robust relationships with all stakeholders existing and aspirational. The role will include holding registered manager status for two residential services and oversee a number of direct reports who are responsible for day to day management within the services via respective staff teams.
