We have several research specialities and the Head and and Neck research portfolios ( Opthalmology and ENT) are looking for a Senior Research Nurse/Midwife/Allied Health Professional (AHP), Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS) registered. It is a full time or part time post (minimum 0.8 WTE), with a permanent contract. This post will be based mainly at St James University Hospital. The post holder will contribute actively to the conduct, coordination, and delivery of the Ophthalmology and ENT Research Portfolios. The main tasks will be line managing a team, developing the 2 research portfolios and delivering clinical trials. Our portfolio is varied with the aim to remain a sustainable department by delivering all phases of commercial and non-commercial studies. The teamwork across Site to cover Ophthalmology and ENT. The successful applicant will have experience in the setup, management, and delivery of research trials within Ophthalmology and ENT.
