Logical Personnel Solutions are actively recruiting for an experienced account manager to join our expanding Logistics team based in Leeds City Centre
Due to the rapid growth within our business we are in need of a suitable candidate to fit in to a busy environment and be a part of the ongoing growth within our Logistics team. We require all applicants to have experience within resourcing/ recruitment/ admin etc.
Some of the key roles and responsibilities:
* Interviewing drivers and going through the induction process with them, including reference checks, licence checks and in preparation for audits.
* Advertising and sourcing drivers through job boards.
* Dealing with clients – filling bookings and meeting client requirements.
* Creating costings for drivers hours/ time sheet processing.
* Assisting in payroll duties.
* System management/ credit checks.
* General administration duties.
* Being on call 24/7 filling bookings at any point throughout the day/night when necessary
* Dealing with any issues that occur on a day to day basis
* Data entry
* Assisting other consultants throughout the business during peak
* General compliance
* Client ring rounds
The salary for this role is between £24k and 28k per year, negotiable dependent on experience.
The working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break, Monday to Friday based in Leeds City Centre.
