Head of Sales Progression position is one of the most vital roles in the business, responsible for ensuring that sales of tenanted properties are completed efficiently. This ensures landlords successfully sell their properties while investors take ownership as smoothly as possible as this is at the core of our mission for seamless tenanted transactions. Currently, this area is a bottleneck in the business, so we are looking for a leader with excellent problem-solving skills and experience working with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to drive deals forward as quickly as possible. There is already a sales team in place, and this role will involve taking over its management to optimise performance and create an immediate impact from day one. The Head of Sales Progression will be responsible for training the team, setting KPIs, and motivating them to push deals through efficiently while minimising delays. The role offers the chance to work closely with the CEO and Founder daily, making a tangible impact on the company's growth and success allowing for career growth on steroids. This role sits at the final stage of the sales funnel, once a deal is completed, commissions are added at the end of that month.
