Job Description: Position Title: Shipping and Invoicing Coordinator Location: Farlough Road, Dungannon Reporting to: Pricing Manager The Shipping and Invoicing Co-Ordinator will collate, undertake pre-checks, book, and invoice all shipping associated with Terex Farlough brands (TWS, TRS and MPS). You will be required to undertake costing of shipments, book accordingly and tracking dispatches to the point of delivery. All relevant Customs and Compliance Paperwork is to be prepared in a timely fashion, digitally filed and records accurately maintained throughout the Shipping process. Up-to-date and effective communications with all relevant parties is an integral part of this role. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all logistic aspects for TWS, TRS and MPS Responsible for Farlough brands equipment invoicing To include : Coordination of Shipping requirements for appointed Terex brand Obtain freight costings and maintaining freight Rates Working with Production, Engineering and Project Installation Teams to mange the delivery of shipments Prepare export paperwork, providing accurate documentation in accordance with relevant legislation, customer and carrier requirements Complete order invoicing in line with Terex defined process Robust filing of information to ensure Audit and Compliancy of rules & regulations Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner Build and maintain good rapport and excellent relations with key contacts, Suppliers and Customers Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Terex product according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of orders to internal and external stakeholders Essential Criteria: Client-focused solutions experience The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy in preparing /checking paperwork with minimal supervision Ability to manage internal, and external customer demands in relation to shipment of complex loads Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner Strong numerical skills Confidently lead a daily dispatch meeting Must have 1 year or more admin experience Minimum of 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above Strong MS Office skills, in particular excellent proven working knowledge of MS Excel Ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to work within a team Desirable: Experience in a high volume business, shipping to a global customer base Flexible and adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities Experience in customs formalities Working knowledge of Oracle ERP system Knowledge of Terex machine brands and Terex compliance procedures Experience of all modes of transport including Heavy Haulage and Ro-Ro shipping Benefits What’s in it for you The Company offers competitive salaries, advancement opportunities, and a full range of benefits, including health care, contributory pension scheme, life assurance cover, employee stock purchase plan, discount card & Referral bonus schemes and access to global learning and development programs offering accredited and specialist training.
