The post of Assistant Programme Administrator will be mainly supporting our Programme Administrator. This role will involve providing administrative support for medical students and Foundation Year 1 doctors in training at our Eastbourne DGH site.
The job role will entail the following activities:
1. Assistance with organisation of the centralised teaching programme
2. Induction support
3. Sign-posting of doctors in training
4. Enhanced Programme administration
5. Careers Evening support
6. ARCP/sign-off administration support
7. Front of House involving AV/room set-up/down
8. Trust/LAS doctors support
9. Foundation Programme (Enhance)
10. Clinical attachments and dealing with queries from doctors in training and Trust doctors
