This is an outstanding opportunity to assume the position of Bursar at Reigate Grammar International School Kuala Lumpur. The enclosed briefly outlines the key responsibilities required for the role of School Bursar at (RGISKL). The incumbent is to work closely with the School Principal at (RGISKL) and be fully immersed into the Reigate ways and philosophy of education and to ensure the continual success of Beaconhouse Malaysia (BHM) partnership with Reigate Grammar School (RGS) and enhancing the overall educational experience for our institution, faculty members, parents and students.
Role Overview:
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in managing all operational matters in RGSKL that is non-academic in nature and work in close partnership with the School Principal. This role involves ensuring smooth integration, operational alignment, and collaborative efforts in all aspects of financial, non-academic and the administrative sections of the school. Directly reporting to the Regional Director (RD) of Beaconhouse Malaysia, while administratively reporting to the School Principal, the Bursar (RGSKL) is to keep all Regional Office Heads of Department informed of all relevant school operational matters. Periodically, the Bursar (RGSKL) reports to the Board of Governors and the Chairman.

Qualifications:
Essential:
* A Bachelor’s / Master's degree in finance, business management or related field.
Desirable:
* A professional certification such as ACCA/ACMA/CIMA/ICAEW/CPA.
Experience:
Essential:
* Proven experience in admissions and overseas student recruitment will be an added advantage.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse data and develop strategy accordingly.
* Knowledge of international school operational processes and policies.
Desirable:
* Managerial experience (min. 5 years) in similar capacity in a premium international school.
