Have experience of working with older people who display complex behaviours that challenge?
Want to work in a team and organisation where we give you time to care?
Are you passionate about working with older people who experience dementia & have a Degree/Diploma in a related field, RGN (Registered General Nurse).
Confident an under pressure, with the ability to seek guidance when needed.
Strong understanding of the English language (verbal and written).
Clear and concise communication skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and work under pressure.
Leadership skills to support and develop junior staff.
Caring, empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile.
Creative and fun-loving.
Duties include but are not limited to: To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidenced based interventions required including health promotion within the NHS framework. To provide a nursing service to patients while taking account of cultural and spiritual beliefs/needs.
To be responsible for the appropriate risk assessment of service users, providing effective advice, guidance, and decision-making process. Responsible for coordinating the care and assessment under the care coordination approach.
To ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatment including administration of drugs.
Responsible for participating in the setting of quality standards, including auditing, monitoring, and reviewing of clinical practice in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy.
