The role: This is an opportunity to drive strategic financial insights and support key decision-making in a commercial and dynamic, global environment. (This is role has become available due to internal promotion, the current incumbent will be available to support effective onboarding of the appointed person). Key Responsibilities: Lead FP&A activities including month-end reporting, annual operating planning, and rolling forecasts. Manage, coach, and develop a team of 24 finance professionals, ensuring efficient resource management. Deliver high-quality financial analysis, identifying key value drivers, risks, and opportunities. Partner with senior business leaders, providing actionable insights to support strategic objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes and reporting accuracy. Oversee external audit deliverables and maintain strong financial controls. About You: Extensive experience in finance leadership or business performance management roles. Qualified accountant with strong accounting and financial control knowledge. Proven people management experience, with a track record of leading and developing teams. Expertise in financial ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
