Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Lead/Project Delivery Manager to join our team in the South Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction and M&E projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Manage multiple construction and M&E projects, utilizing exceptional organisational skills to ensure timely completion and adherence to project scope.
* Health and Safety: Hold a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS certification, and possess a good understanding of Health and Safety principles with IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
* Training and Development: First Aid, CITB Temporary Works, and Principle Designer training will be provided to support your growth and development within the role.
* Security Clearance: Must have a minimum Security Base line requirement of BPSS and be able to obtain full SC clearance.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience: Proven track record in construction project management, with experience working in similar environments.
