As Delivery Manager in the Professional Services Management team, the role will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered to customers in a seamless manner. The role will work alongside the Solutions team to ensure alignment to customer delivery expectations and sales pipeline needs.
The role will lead the project delivery team, monitor progress, and track KPIs. Organisation of the allocation of resources for projects and ensure any resource management is undertaken in line with demands. In this role, you will also be responsible for continuous improvement of processes through performance monitoring, quality assurance, and any issue or incident reporting and root cause analysis required.
The Person:
Needs strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers as well as technical and sales teams. They should be able to understand customer requirements, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery process. Specifically, they should be strong in the following areas:
