This position has arisen purely down to growth and expansion of the audit department. Be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent Proven experience in managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams in a project management framework. Excellent working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements. Experience of developing staff Your responsibilities as an Senior Audit Manager will include Management of budgets, fees targets, WIP and debtors Develop, retain and motivate junior members of staff and assist in the management of the team on a day-to-day basis Reporting to a partner you will handle the development the team, attraction of new talent, delivering / overview of technical work, client stakeholder management and ensure all the correct processes and procedures are followed.
