Join us as a Passenger Fleet and Driver Coordinator where you will manage a team of drivers, ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of essential transport services for schools, social care and community groups. As a Passenger Fleet and Driver Coordinator, your role will involve staff development, performance management, scheduling and handling day-to-day operational challenges. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment where creativity and problem-solving are encouraged. You\\\'ll play a key part in ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to high standards, while also having opportunities for personal and professional development. We\\\'re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in transport or a customer-facing role, and the ability to manage a busy, evolving workload. A relevant management qualification or equivalent experience, as well as a full driving license for categories B and D1, is required. Operating hours will be Mon to Fri between the hours of 6.00am and 6.00pm you will be expected to support at least 4 early or late shifts, or a combination of the 4 shifts per week.
