Key Responsibilities for the position of Customer Logistics Manager (Order Management) - Lead and manage the end-to-end order life cycle, ensuring efficient and accurate processing. Act as the main point of contact with 3PL partners, ensuring adherence to KPIs and smooth operations. Develop and mentor a team of coordinators and administrators, fostering growth and excellence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on new product launches, seasonal activities, and operational goals.
