About the Role
As a Nurse with Careline Lifestyles, you will:
* Provide high-quality nursing and holistic care to service users based on comprehensive care needs assessments
* Develop strong therapeutic relationships with service users to assess, plan, implement, and review care plans and nursing interventions
* Evaluate and reassess the quality of care regularly to meet the changing needs of service users
* Review medications, ensuring documentation is updated and all actions are taken in a timely manner
* Administer medications and maintain accurate records for each service user
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and clinical areas
* Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings with a wide range of professionals
* Adhere to NMC codes of conduct, Scope of Practice, and home policies and procedures
What You Need
* Qualified & registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
* A passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
* At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
* NMC registration (required)
