CSG Recruitment Solutions is on the hunt for an Accounts Assistant to join our client on a 1 year fixed term contract. This is a key role within the Finance team with a wide range of financial responsibilities.
Key Job Duties
1. Perform bank reconciliations and review financial statements
2. Process expenses, invoices, and maintain accurate records
3. Assist with credit control and payment follow-ups
4. Identify and resolve discrepancies
5. Manage customer and supplier POD requests
6. Coordinate with internal teams and depots
7. Support purchase and sales ledger tasks
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within an accounting role and knowledge around Purchase Ledger and Credit Control. Strong organisational skills are essential along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
