Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit a Head of PMO to join the recently established Corporate Delivery team. You will be a senior leader and hold a vital role in the establishment and delivery of an agile Programme Management Office (PMO) on behalf of the Trust, and with the Transformation team responsible for project delivery of complex change programmes (as set out in the transformation programme).
This role will be based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to Trust sites across Norfolk and Suffolk when required.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder is a senior leader in the Corporate Affairs directorate, responsible for developing the Trust's programme management approach to the implementation of the Trust's vision, values, strategy and major change programmes. With responsibility for defining the Trust's overall portfolio of projects and programmes, the post-holder will assure the consistent application of the programme management approach across the portfolio. The post-holder will also have individual responsibility for a number of high priority change programmes within the Trust, many of which are delivered in partnership with other organisations. The post-holder will work collaboratively with senior management and clinicians across the Trust to manage and achieve improvements in Trust services in line with the Trust's strategic priorities.

* Holds a post-graduate qualification, or has equivalent relevant work experience.
* Formally recognised programme or project management qualification.
