Quality and Compliance Administrator
40 Hours per week – Office based – Full time, permanent contract
8:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Salary £25,545.64
Norse Cleaning Division is a highly successful contract services provider operating across the region of Norfolk. We deliver a comprehensive range of cleaning services to schools, civic buildings, offices and more to a range of clients in Norwich and the surrounding areas.
As we continue to deliver our frontline cleaning services across the region, we are looking to recruit a Quality and Compliance Administrator to join our team at our Head Office.
The role
To provide systems administrative support to the Cleaning team, including a variety of daily administrative tasks, visiting multiple sites when requested and per schedule to ensure all Black Boxes, cleaning schedules, COSHH data, and Health and Safety documentation are compliant. Other duties will include:
* Collate key financial data and produce key management information using established Excel spreadsheets.
* Completion of any contract variation paperwork, monthly accruals, etc., in support of the management team.
* Checking of monthly invoice list in conjunction with sales ledger and operational managers.
* Performing audits of site documentation and stock levels at sites.
* Prepare both financial and quality reports in a timely fashion, against re-occurring deadlines.
* Ordering of stock and management of supporting invoices for approval by the Operations Director.
* This role will require a full UK driving licence as travel to other offices will be required.
