The Role: They are seeking a dedicated and flexible PE Cover Teacher to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons, ensuring continuity of learning for students. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different teaching requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
* Ensure students stay on track with learning objectives.
* Maintain a positive learning environment.
* Adapt to teaching various subjects as required by the school.
Qualifications & Experience:
* QTS is desired but as a minimum previous experience teaching PE/Coaching and hold a degree in the subject.
* Experience in a classroom setting is desirable, though not essential.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to build rapport with students and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
