Our Client is a UK powerhouse in the noise and vibration instrumentation market that provides a wide range of devices into the construction market, including transducers, microphones, and sensors. Due to consistent demand in services, a commercially experienced individual ideally with a desire in technical sales is required to generate new business from an existing client base and increase market share within key accounts.
Experience
1. Previous experience within a technical sales role, within an engineering sector.
2. Strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
3. Excellent telephone skills.
4. Highly organized and IT literate.
5. Exhibit excellent communication skills.
6. Good PC and task management skills.
7. Self-motivated, able to learn quickly, and to work independently to deadlines and targets.
Duties
1. Develop new and existing sales enquiries (both on the telephone and in written format).
2. Prepare specific project costing, proposals, and quotations for and with the Project Managers.
3. Work to and achieve sales targets/tasks set by the Business Manager.
4. Provide product application advice to site contacts, customers, and specifiers.
5. Manage the day-to-day activity, sales, scheduling, and distribution of all company services.
