Bennett and Game Recruitment currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established Town Planning Consultancy based in York, who are seeking an ambitious Landscape Architect to join the team on a remote basis. Our client offer a wide selection of planning services and advice on a mixture of projects within the residential, strategic land, energy and environmental project across England and Wales.
With 2 offices based throughout the UK, our client has developed a healthy pipeline and a strong cliental. Their steady workload, not only stems from repeat business of private clients but also from a sister company. As a Landscape Architect you will be a vital part of the wider team, working independently on projects from beginning through to conclusion. You will be liaising directly with clients including, building new client relationships and managing existing relationships with client meetings and site visits.

Landscape Architect Position Remuneration
1. Competitive Salary, ranging between £28,000 to £50,000 depending on experience

Landscape Architect Position Overview
15. Carrying out a range of tasks including landscape design, landscape planning and Environmental Impact Assessment
16. Assisting in delivering projects to a high standard within the client brief and budget
17. Working on a range of eco-tourism, commercial and industrial projects
18. Working independently and as part of a team
19. Provide landscape design and landscape management services
20. Prepare plans, illustrative material and graphic presentations
21. Liaise directly with clients and to take clients' instructions
22. Undertake landscape design work as instructed by clients and senior members of staff.
Landscape Architect Position Requirements
23. A degree and post-graduate diploma in Landscape Architecture
24. Minimum of 2+ years industry experience
25. Chartered Member Status of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), or working towards the LI Pathway to Chartership
26. 2+ years' experience completing LVIA assessments
27. Good design and verbal communication skills and ability to advocate on the importance and value of design and place-making
28. High-quality graphic and IT skills including AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; and
29. Ideally a good knowledge of GIS mapping-based systems and 3D modelling software
