Job Description We’re recruiting for a Project Manager to join us. You will support the successful management and delivery of the Brand Modernisation Programme across L&G, ensuring it meets business needs within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters. What you'll be doing: Project Delivery & Structure: Overseeing and delivering the L&G brand modernisation project by establishing and maintaining effective structures to monitor and control deliverables. This includes successfully evolving and implementing the project management plan, with a particular focus on project management across corporate functions including Legal/Compliance, Digital and HR. This will involve support at both the L&G Group level and for Asset Management, Retail and Institutional Retirement areas more specifically as required Financial & Resource Management: Monitoring and reviewing all aspects of project economics, including costs, staffing, resources, and risks. Ensure that governance arrangements are effective, supported by appropriate reporting Stakeholder Communication: Providing clear and timely communication to all stakeholders, including Senior Managers, to support informed decision-making and ensure the successful delivery of the project. Co-ordination with the transversal Communications workstream will be particularly important to both build internal advocacy for the programme and ensure unified, integrated externally communications Governance & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to agreed methodologies, standards, policies, and procedures to maintain strong governance. Sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and contributing ideas to drive continuous improvement Risk Management & Project Control: Implementing and actively using project control procedures to assess the impact of risks, issues, assumptions, and changes on costs, timelines, and resources. Report these findings to project sponsors for effective project management and control Service Delivery: Ensuring that project deliverables are robust, thorough, and effective without compromising the customer experience.
