Job Description The position is a hands-on team leader position at a junior level. This role requires the individual to be actively involved in operational tasks, contributing to the team's work while also providing guidance and leadership. The team consists of On Site Support Technicians (OSS) that are based at the client site solving deskside problems, meeting room issues and managing the device lifecycle for the client. This team interfaces with Global Service Desk and other support teams to achieve the deliverables within the IMACR/OSS framework contract. The leadership aspect of this position is at a junior level, meaning that the individual will have some responsibility for managing or guiding a team, but will not be expected to have extensive leadership experience. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow, as the leadership aspect of the role is designed to be learned and developed over time. Responsibilities: Lead OSS team Help and encourage the team to meet ticket handling standards Manage weekly team meetings to ensure training and information distributed to all the team Ensure sites are covered as per contract and incidents/requests solved within KPI Manage response times to incidents and tasks Be responsible for the delivery of end of life device replacement projects Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software Support of key applications at use within the business Ensure planning, schedules, breaks, code of conduct etc. are respected by the team members.
