Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Key Responsibilities:
1. General administration duties in relation to home insurance and insurance document processing.
2. Client and insurer correspondence.
3. Handling renewals, sales support, and managerial support.
4. Working with clients and insurers over the phone and via email regarding general insurance queries, payments, and adjustments.
5. Corresponding and communicating with insurance companies and policyholders on a daily basis.
Our client offers a full induction and training plan from day one, and all staff can study for professional qualifications such as CII (Chartered Insurance Institute).
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in home insurance is highly desirable.
2. Knowledge of working with in-house insurance quotation systems is preferred.
3. Consideration will be given to candidates wanting to transition from other insurance lines or those looking to break into the insurance industry.
The job is office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekend work required.
The office is close to train and bus routes, and parking is also available nearby.
