The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Boston from January 2025. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stage 4, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that encourage a love of learning while helping students build strong mathematical foundations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering high-quality, engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 4 students
2. Assessing, tracking, and providing constructive feedback on student progress
3. Creating a dynamic and motivating classroom environment
4. Supporting students in developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
5. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and develop the Maths curriculum
Essential Criteria:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
2. Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
3. A passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve their best
4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills
5. Ability to differentiate lessons to support diverse abilities
