As the Upgrade Sales & Technical Administrator, you will have a crucial role in managing the sales and support of upgrades and spare parts. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the processing of quotes and maintaining consistent follow-up communication with customers. Coordinating and managing new orders, ensuring timely execution and generating new sales. Supporting the internal team with complex spare parts inquiries. Overseeing the management of all relevant documentation and logs for upgrades. Collaborating with service departments to schedule installation appointments and communicate delivery dates to customers. Working towards and exceeding works order targets through effective coordination and execution.Essential:
A commercial flair and awareness as this role involves sales with a technical element. Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, Word, and customer management systems. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, thriving under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards team building.Desirable:
SAP or other data management systems.Technologies:
