The Role
This position plays a crucial role within the Recruitment team and would suit a graduate or someone with limited HR experience. It involves providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process with all candidate sourcing and selection activities, placing advertisements, interview scheduling, candidate screening, and preparing candidate offers and relevant documentation. You will also analyse data and will have the opportunity to be involved with various ad-hoc projects. This role requires someone comfortable working within a high-performing and fast-paced environment. You will be based in the London office and will work within an agile/hybrid environment. The remuneration level for this role sits at £30k.
