What You'll Be Doing:
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in shaping the daily lives of young people aged 6 to 17 by:
* Providing emotional support and guidance to help them thrive.
* Encouraging education, independence, and self-confidence.
* Assisting with homework and promoting participation in home and community activities.
* Developing essential life skills and building resilience.
* Working closely under the guidance of the Registered Manager, Deputy, and Team Leaders.
What We're Looking For:
We need a Support Worker who is:
* Experienced: At least 6 months in children's residential care.
* Compassionate: You have a nurturing and supportive approach.
* A Team Player: Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
