Our client is a reputable company within the charity sector with a small dedicated and supportive HR team. You will be supporting the HR leader with recruitment and employee relations throughout the office and their external sites.
This will involve advising on basic HR queries, managing employee relations cases, and continually promoting employee engagement.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for all onboarding, referencing, exit interviews, and employee life cycle operations.
