Brief Job Description below – more details available upon request Duties Property Management and Information as part of the property management team including the management of the Property Management team. As the manager of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking complex property management activities including supporting the strategic asset management plan, property strategies and financial requirements. provide clear and concise property management advice including the preparation of necessary reports and meeting attendance. responsible for managing the property management team allocate and manage the undertaking of inspections, valuations, negotiations, acquisitions and disposals of all types of land and property from inception through to completion. signing off new lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals Pre-Requisites proven technical skills and experience within a similar role and have professional credibility and have an ongoing personal commitment to continuous self-development and professionally keeping up to date with any changes or new trends. knowledge of relevant legislation including but not limited to L&T Acts.
