Job Description
Main Responsibilities
* Support player development in management of age group.
* Plan and deliver high-quality coaching and performance of the Academy coaching program in line with BCWFC Technical Program.
* Plan and deliver off-field learning opportunities.
* Work as part of a MDT to organise an environment of excellence.
* Ensure a consistent delivery of the BCWFC player development model.
* Report and monitor players' progress.
* Deliver player IDP’s in line with club policy.
* Attend club and externally organised CPD.
* Complete Academy monitoring tasks in line with club policy.

* Academy Manager, ETC Centre Manager & ETC Technical Lead.
* Other pathway age group coaches.
* Strength and Conditioning Department.
* Bristol City FC cross departments.
* Medical team and sports injury department.
Qualifications / Requirements
Essential
* Experience in working in a High-Performance football environment with youth players.
* Attention to detail in relation to the on and off-field elements of coaching and performance.
* UEFA B Licence (or working towards).
* FA Youth Award.
* FA Safeguarding Award.
* FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) or FA Emergency First Aid.
* Ability to work as part of a team and also lead on own initiative.
* Empathy, supportiveness, and encouragement towards developing others, working with integrity at all times.
* Open / growth mindset.
* Honest and clear communicator.
* Enthusiastic and able to engage with academy/college students and staff.
Desirable
* Previous experience of working within the Women’s game.
* UEFA A Licence.
* UEFA Elite Youth A Licence / FA Advanced Youth Award.
* Degree in performance coaching / analysis or similar subject.
* Knowledge and experience of the analysis process.
* Knowledge and experience of using analysis software and preparation of individual / unit / team and opposition analysis.
