Hybrid Working Exciting Opportunity for a Property Manager We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join a well-established residential lettings team. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the role will primarily be home-based, with the requirement to work 4-6 days per month at either the Head Office. Why Join Us? Key Duties : Handle maintenance-based queries from private tenants of managed properties via phone or email. Report maintenance issues to approved contractors and arrange access for quotes or repairs. Communicate regularly with landlords to provide updates on the resolution of issues. Maintain accurate records within the internal database, detailing all communications and actions taken. Collaborate with local lettings branches and internal teams to manage properties effectively. Requirements : Proven experience within residential lettings or property management is essential. A natural problem-solver with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to maintenance issues. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A confident and professional demeanour with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment. IT proficiency, including familiarity with standard MS Office applications. Salary & Benefits : Full-time salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), including basic salary and bonuses. Training : Comprehensive training will be provided initially, as well as ongoing development in line with experience. Professional accreditations can also be obtained, with the full cost of relevant courses funded.
