Job Title: Hourly Paid ESOL Lecturer
Location: East London
Hours: up to 36 hours per week, may include evenings
Salary range: £26.93 - £35.63 per hour (including annual leave and admin time)

The main purpose of the job is to teach ESOL students at a range of levels including, 16-18 year old learners at E1 and learners from PE to L2 and to maximise their success. To design, develop and produce learning and teaching material and deliver to both adults and 16-18 learners. To support with the delivery and marking of assessments, and work in a team to ensure the best outcome for learners. This includes attending meetings and training as well as teaching. Lecturers will ensure the efficient strategy, policy and procedures, contribute to activities which influence leading edge practice in a way that engages, inspires and leads to high achievement.
ESOL qualification and teaching experience. The successful candidate will be required to teach one evening a week and will be primarily teaching 16-18s.
